Characterization of assay hits. Dose-response experiments were performed with secalonic acid D, or NSC-159631 (a) and NSC-22225 (b), a related molecule NSC-22206 (c), which differs from NSC-22225 only by the metal salt (Cd for NSC-22225 and Hg for NSC-22206). In all three cases, GFP expression was dose dependent.
