Construction and Characterization of an Infectious Murine Gammaherpesivrus-68 Bacterial Artificial Chromosome

<table>Infection of pMHV-68(BAC)v and MHV-68(loxP) produced similar viral titers to wild-type MHV-68 in lungs of mice.  Balb/c mice were infected with 20 PFU of each virus via intranasal inoculation.  At day 9 after infection, the lungs were harvested and homogenized for determining viral titers using plaque assays.  Each symbol represents the lung titer of individual mice.</table>
