The immobility time of rats during the FST after intraperitoneal injection of ketamine and pretreatment with tramadol. Ketamine administered at the dose of 10 mg/kg significantly decreased the immobility time as compared with control (*), and pretreatment with 5 mg/kg tramadol significantly decreased the immobility time as compared with ketamine administration (#).
