Decrease of litter number induced by cinnabar. Cinnabar (10 mg/kg/day) was treated with the dams by oral gavage during gestation period. Numbers of newborn pups were recorded at postnatal day 1 (PND 1) as described in the section of Materials and Methods. All data are presented as mean ± S.E.
