Sensitivity tests for Max. The effect of different MAX values on the plasma 7E3 pharmacokinetics was simulated in the presence or absence of IVIG (2 g/kg) using the rat PK model. The tested range was 0.1- to 2-fold the estimated Max (108 μM).
