List of proteins whose abundance in maternal plasma differed between cases and controls.
This table lists 63 proteins for which quantitative differences could be determined by iTRAQ mass spectrometric analysis between cases which developed preeclampsia (PE) or which had normal deliveries (Nor).
The blue columns indicate the normalized values for the control cases, while the orange column indicates the normalized values for cases which developed PE.
The table also includes the log transformed values, as well as the % variation form the mean. The graph indicates the distribution of the normalized values (red is PE and blue is Nor).
