Time-dependent release profile of coaxial PCL/PVA nanofibers. Release of FITC-dextran from samples with different content of PVA core was analyzed using fluorescence spectroscopy. Samples were analyzed for 240 h, and supernatants were collected in 24 h intervals (mean ± standard deviation).
