Results are expressed as mean ± S.E.M (𝑛=6). ^aStatistical significance with respect to the control treatment was calculated by one-way ANOVA followed by the Dunnett’s test (𝑃≤0.05). Isotonic saline solution was used as the control and indomethacin was used as the reference treatment.
