Results are expressed as mean ± S.E.M ( 𝑛 = 6 ). aStatistical significance with respect to the control treatment was calculated by one-way ANOVA followed by the Dunnett’s test ( 𝑃 0 . 0 5 ). Isotonic saline solution was used as the control and indomethacin was used as the reference treatment.
