Effect of cells on cleavage of ¹²⁵I-CgA by plasmin. Either PC12 cells (filled bars) or buffer (open bars) was incubated with unlabeled plasminogen. Then, ¹²⁵I-CgA and t-PA were added in either the presence or the absence of EACA. The reactions were stopped by addition of aprotinin and centrifuged.
