Confocal microscopic observation of control oocytes. Porcine oocytes with intact zona pellucida (negative control) were incubated for 1 h at room temperature with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-conjugated anti-goat IgG Ab produced in rabbits for INHA, diluted 1 : 200 in PBS/0.1% Tween 20 (a), and for INHB with TRITC (crystalline tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate)-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG Ab produced in goats, at a 1 : 200 in PBS/0.1% Tween 20 (b). The oocytes were mounted on glass slides in an antifade drop and observed under confocal system. Bars are 50 μm.
