Effect of camel milk on Ho-1 mRNA expression level. Hepa 1c1c7 cells were treated for 6 h with increasing concentrations of fat-free camel milk (0, 25, and 100 L/mL) or SFN (5 M), as a positive control. The amount of Ho-1 mRNA was quantified using real-time PCR and normalized to -actin housekeeping gene.
