Comparison of the phosphatase activities of hCaMKP-N(WT) and hCaMKP-N(1–559). hCaMKP-N(WT) and hCaMKP-N(1–559) were assayed using varying concentrations of the pp10 substrate as described in Section 2. Michaelis-Menten kinetic parameters were determined from a direct fit to the Michaelis-Menten equation. The data represent the average of three independent experiments ± S.D.
