Nitric oxide exposure activates the FAK-Akt pathways. (a) NO-treated cells at 7 and 14 days were subjected to Western blotting, and the expression levels of phosphorylated FAK, total FAK, phosphorylated Akt, total Akt, Cdc42, and Cav-1 were determined.
