Comparison of a Clinic-Based ELISA Test Kit with the Immunofluorescence Antibody Test for Assaying Leishmania infantum Antibodies in Dogs
Table 2
Repeatability of the immunochromatographic assay for the detection of IgG anti-Leishmania antibodies: results obtained by repeating the immunochromatographic test 10 times on the same sample, in four different samples, with different titles of positivity (negative, 1 : 80, 1 : 160, and 1 : 320 according to the IFAT test). The red line was more intense in 3 out of 10 repeated tests on the sample with a titer of 1 : 80.
