Statistical analysis of the data was carried out using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey’s post hoc test for average comparison on SPSS 18.0. Mean values ± SEM (𝑛=6) were used. Significance was defined as a and b (𝑃<0.05) where a compared to G1 and b compared to G2. Values, which are not stuck, do not have significant difference compared to G2.
