Identification of LGR4 as a novel IL-6 responsive gene in osteosarcoma cells. (a) Cluster analysis of hepatic gene expression in MG63 cells treated with IL-6 (10 ng/mL) or vehicle control (PBS) for 12 hr (). Then, cells were harvested for RNA extraction and genes expression was analyzed by Affymetrix array hybridization and scanning. Data sets were statistically analyzed using Student’s -test.
