KJ1.26⁺ CD4⁺ T cell purification and Th1 polarization of DO11.10 cells. CD4⁺ T cells from spleens of DO11.10 BALB/c TCR Tg mice were purified: (a) 97.88% were CD4⁺ and (b) 91.88% were KJ1.26⁺ CD4⁺.
