This table shows the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and the kappa values for each target using the Luminex xTAG RVP Fast assay as the reference for comparison. All the kappa values were above 0.75, indicating that the two assays were in agreement.
