The morphology of BM-MSCs cultured on a 2D matrix coated with 1% (wt/v) gelatin by passage 5. Compared to BM-MSCs cultured on dishes without a gelatin coating, a typical fibroblast-like morphology was observed in BM-MSCs cultured on 1% (wt/v) gelatin-coated culture dishes.
