Overview of 3D culture in scaffold of iPSCs and transplantation to syngeneic and allogeneic mice for immune rejection analysis. Clone 1 of MEF iPSCs cultured on feeder (a) was trypsinyzed and washed and total of 1 × 105 cells of MEF iPSCs were seeded in the 3D scaffold (b). After 2 weeks of culture in 96-well plate (c), they were subcutaneously transplanted into C57BL/6 mice and BALB/c mice (d). After different time periods the scaffolds were removed from the mice and frozen in OCT (e).
