∗MTA: Pemetrexed, VB12: vitamin B₁₂, and FA: folic acid.
As described in Section 2, cells were treated with MTA (500 nM), MTA and VB12 (600 nM), MTA and FA (600 nM), or MTA with VB12 and FA (600 nM each). On day 4, H460 cells were collected and analyzed. On day 5, A549 and H1299 cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. The 𝑃 value (* < 0.05) was determined by Student’s 𝑡-test.
