Cytokine measurements performed in supernatants derived from H37Rv-infected DCs. Cytokines in DC supernatants were measured on 𝑛=3 samples by ELISA. Results were analyzed by ANOVA with Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test, comparing all treatment categories to the infected-untreated control.
