Micro-PET images of the same C26 tumored mouse obtained at 5 min (a), 60 min (b), and 120 min (c) after injection of 40 μCi [F-18]FB-[R^8,15,21, L¹⁷]-VIP. Another mouse was injected with the mixture of 40 μCi [F-18]FB-[R^8,15,21, L¹⁷]-VIP and 100 μg VIP for blocking study; Figure 3(d) is showing the micro-PET image of this mouse at 60 min p.i. Circles indicated tumor area. All images are at the identical color threshold as being shown on the right.
