[Retracted] Downregulation of ADAM10 Expression Inhibits Metastasis and Invasiveness of Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma HepG2 Cells

Down-regulation of ADAM10 expression results in increased level of E-cadherin protein. HepG2 cells were transfected with medium only, the empty vector, the control siRNA, or siRNA against ADAM10. The total proteins were prepared and immunoblot analysis was performed to analyze the expression of E-cadherin, ADAM10, and β-actin. The cellular β-actin served as a loading control.
