Effect of EMT on canonical-noncanonical NF-κB coupling. Schematic diagram of EMT effects on NF-κB signaling pathway. EMT induces changes in euchromatin marks of NF-κB-dependent genes, transcriptional elongation, and translational delay to reduce the coupling constant between the NF-κB canonical and noncanonical pathways. A timeline is shown for both states of EMT-Basal (no EMT) and TGFβ-mediated EMT (0 to 6 h).
