The interaction events between GPER and 17β-estradiol in permeabilized human cerebral vascular endothelial cells. The interaction events between GPER and 17β-estradiol were identified in the nuclei of the cells. The nuclei of the cells were positively stained by DAPI in blue. The interaction events between GPER and 17β-estradiol were identified in red dots when the cells were exposed to the concentration of 17β-estradiol at 0 (a), 120 (b), 240 (c), 480 (d), 720 (e), or 960 pmol/L (f).
