Sensitivity of the Physcomitrella patens repair mutants mre11, lig4, nbs1, rad51AB, and rad50 to chronic exposure of Bleomycin. Physcomitrella explants were inoculated as “spot inocula” onto BCDAT-agar plates supplemented with 0, 0.01, 0.1, and 1 μg mL−1 Bleomycin and photographed 10 days after inoculation.
