Treatment with NA-2 given 30 minutes before the test was conducted exhibiting an increase in latency time of animals from day 8 which significantly increases ( ) from day 12 as compared to nontreated arthritic group. Treatment with indomethacin also increases latency time from day 8 which becomes significant ( ) from day 12 compared to nontreated arthritic group till the end of experiment.
