Thermal Stability of Glucokinases in <i>Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis</i>

<table>Western blot analysis of ATP- and ADP-GLK at different temperatures. <i>T</i>. <i>tengcongensis</i> cells cultured at different temperatures were collected and disrupted by ultrasonication. Equal amounts of <i>T</i>. <i>tengcongensis</i> soluble protein lysate (20 g) were loaded for SDS-PAGE separation followed by Western blot using antibodies against ATP- and ADP-GLK, respectively.</table>
