Clinical severity of EAE mice treated with MSCs-IFNβ. (a) EAE was induced in female C57 BL/6 mice by the immunization with the MOG35–55. After day 7, immunized mice were either treated with PBS, MSCs-GFP, or MSCs-IFNβ, and the MSCs-IFNβ group (𝑛=7/each group) resulted in a significant amelioration of clinical symptoms.
