Mean SEM and individual titers of DPG-IgA and IgG (anti-deamidated gliadin peptides IgA and IgG) are reported. The investigated subjects were divided in three groups to be compared on the basis of diet regimen: ASDs children on a regular diet (AU RD) or on GF/CF diet (AU GF/CF) and healthy children (HC RD). (a) DPG-IgA values are reported; normal range cutoff is indicated by the dotted line (5,5 U/mL): significant differences were shown between AU RD and HC RD ( Kruskal Wallis test, Dunn's multiple comparison test).
