Occluded SV graft to the right coronary artery was found in the follow up coronary angiography (Figure 2(a)) that was perfomed in a patients with clinical progression of CAD. Immunohistochemically assessed expression of MMP-2 (Figure 2(b)) was stronger (IRS scale 9) than either TIMP-2 (Figure 2(c)) (IRS scale 1) or TIMP-3 (Figure 2(d)) (IRS scale 1).
