Influence of antihistamines on TNF-α-induced osteopontin (OPN) production from nasal epithelial cells in vitro. Nasal epithelial cells obtained from five different subjects were stimulated with 10 ng/mL TNF-α in the presence of various concentrations of CT, LCT, DL and FEX for 24 h.
