Effects of intracellular Ca²⁺ depletion (BAPTA-AM pretreatment) on LTA-stimulated cytokine production in aMØs. Isolated aMØs were stimulated in vitro with BAPTA-AM (5 μM for 30 min), LTA (30 mg/mL for 24 hrs), or LTA in combination with preceding BAPTA-AM treatment (LTA + BAPTA-AM).
