Effects of hypoxia on BRCA2 and HIF-1α protein expression levels in MCF-7, SKBr3, and MDA-MB-231 cells. Protein expression was examined by western blot analysis with the indicated antibodies, using the enhanced chemiluminescence reagent (ECL). The GAPDH house-keeping protein was used as loading control (N = normoxia; H24 = hypoxia for 24 h; H48 = hypoxia for 48 h). The experiments were performed at least three different times. MCF-7, SKBr3 and MDA-MB-231 cells were also incubated with 1 mM DMOG for 24 h (H24) and 48 h (H48).
