Supplementary Material

Table S1: Includes the differentially expressed genes involved in DNA damage repair (DDR) pathways in breast cancer cell lines under hypoxia. The Probe ID is the code provided by Affymetrix for each gene. All showed Signal values are in logarithm scale. The Signal value of each gene, for each experimental condition, is derived from the mean of two biological replicates. The Signal is the quantitative measure of the relative abundance of a transcript. N= Normoxia; H24= Hypoxia for 24 h; H48= Hypoxia for 48 h. Fold Change >|0.5| and P< 0.05.
