Supplementary Material

Supplementary material consists of two text sections, four tables, and one figure:

  • Supplementary text contains i) a short protocol for the computational procedures used, and ii) statistical treatment of the SPR experiments, mainly evaluation of significance of obtained Kd values and discussion of the influence of different batches of IFN-γ on measured Kd values.

  • Supplementary Table S1 lists GenBank IDs of sequences used in global alignment of receptor sequences, Table S2 mutagenesis primers for construction of IFN-γ-Rx mutants, Table S3 lists FoldX-calculated ΔΔG values, and Table S4 temperature dependencies of Kd.

  • Supplementary Figure S1 displays melting curves of WT and selected mutants.
