The results of analyzing data by Spearman's correlation coefficient test for relationship between protein level of SDF-1 and FEV1 percent (%) and between protein level of SDF-1 (pg/mL) and FEV/FVC (%) in patient group; significant difference (𝑃<0.0001) and inverse relationship (correlation coefficient: −1.00) were observed.
