Cytotoxicity of moscatilin on human lung H23 cells. (a) Cells were treated with various concentrations of moscatilin (0–5 μM) for 24 h. (b) Cells were treated with moscatilin (0-1 μM) for various times (0–72 h). Cytotoxicity was determined by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-thiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay.
