The study protocol. Mice in the experimental groups were fed with 1 mg of the vitamin E isomers (𝛼-T, 𝛿-T3, or TRF) from day 0 until the mice were sacrificed. Control mice were given 0.1 ml of the vehicle (Soya oil), which was used to make the various vitamin E preparations. All animals were vaccinated with tetanus toxoid vaccine on day 14 (TT first). Booster doses of the TT vaccine were given on days 28 (TT second) and 42 (TT third).
