Expression of human FVIII protein is dose dependent. cells were grown overnight and transfected with 0 μg, 2.5 μg, 5 μg, and 10 μg of full-length human F8 gene for 24 hours. Histograms depict the fluorescence intensity of 10,000 cells labeled with ESH8 (a) or ab41188 (b). Cells labeled with the isotype control are depicted in blue, and the intensity of color (light to dark) represents increasing dose of the transfected F8 vector.
