The cell surface markers expression of cultured erythroid progenitor cells significantly changed. The expression of CD4, CD8, CD71, CD117, and GPA significantly increased, while the CD3, CD13, CD14, CD33, CD38, and CD41 significantly decreased (* value < 0.01, using Student’s -test).
