Expression of meiosis-related genes in oocyte-like cells developed in vitro. Primitive oocyte-like cells expressed the most, 12 out of 13 meiosis-related genes. In oocyte-like cells gene expressions fitted with oocyte gene expressions while in hESCs and fibroblasts they did not.
