The effect of temperature on molybdate reduction by isolate DRY1. Isolate DRY1 was grown statically at various temperatures for 72 hours in 50 mL low phosphate liquid medium (pH 7.0) containing (w/v) glucose (1%), MgSO47H2O (0.05%), NaCl (0.5%), Na2MoO42H2O (0.242%), yeast extract (0.05%), Na2HPO42H2O (0.05%), and ammonium sulphate (0.2%).
