The effect of temperature on molybdate reduction by isolate DRY1. Isolate DRY1 was grown statically at various temperatures for 72 hours in 50 mL low phosphate liquid medium (pH 7.0) containing (w/v) glucose (1%), MgSO4 7H2O (0.05%), NaCl (0.5%), Na2MoO4 2H2O (0.242%), yeast extract (0.05%), Na2HPO4 2H2O (0.05%), and ammonium sulphate (0.2%).
