The effect of initial pH on molybdate reduction by isolate DRY1. Isolate DRY1 was grown statically at 20°C for 72 hours in 50 mL low phosphate liquid medium at various pHs containing (w/v) glucose (1%), MgSO47H2O (0.05%), NaCl (0.5%), Na2MoO42H2O (0.242%), yeast extract (0.05%), Na2HPO42H2O (0.05%), and ammonium sulphate (0.2%).
