The effects of phosphate concentrations on molybdate reduction by isolate DRY1. Isolate DRY1 was grown statically at 20°C for 72 hours in 50 mL liquid medium (pH 7.0) containing (w/v) glucose (1%), MgSO47H2O (0.05%), NaCl (0.5%), yeast extract (0.05%), ammonium sulphate (0.2%), Na2MoO42H2O (1.21%), and various phosphate (Na2HPO42H2O) concentrations.
