Neurotensin receptor protein levels in macrophages at 10 and 30 mM glucose by western blot. Cerebral cortex lysate (C+) was used as the positive control. RAW 264.7 cells were plated at 1.5 × 106/well and maintained at the indicated conditions. The lysates were probed for NTR1, NTR2, and NTR3 and actin antibodies. Three independent experiments were done for each antibody.
