Treatment antigen-specific CD8⁺ T cells in peripheral blood.

(a) Fold increase of the IFNγ secretion of in vitro restimulated CD8⁺ T cells before and after TriMix-DC treatment. T cells were cocultured with aEBV-B cells electroporated with the full-length TAA. mRNA encoding the Nef antigen was used as a control

(b) Fold increase in IFNγ secretion of CD8⁺ T cells after overnight culture with aEBV-B cells loaded with the individual peptides of pools 5 and 7 of the MAGE-C2 antigen. These pools were found positive after 2 rounds of stimulation. To determine the antigenic region, the cells were screened for their fine specificity in those pools of peptides
