Evolution of Network Biomarkers from Early to Late Stage Bladder Cancer Samples

Figure 3

Overview of significant pathways in network marker of early stage bladder cancer. Among these KEGG pathways via DAVID tool (Table 4) showing a significant association with specific proteins of early stage bladder cancer, these molecular pathways are entitled with P value ≤ 0.05. It shows that these pathways are identified to play an important role in the carcinogenesis mechanism of early stage bladder cancer. The proteins in network markers of early stage bladder cancer highlighted by stars show potential targets in the pathways. Due to the different naming system, the same proteins in both these tables and in our text show the different names.
