Effect of CBHA on TNF-α-induced MKP expression in MeT-5A cells. (a) and (b) Cells were treated with TNF-α for the indicated times (upper panel) or pretreated with CBHA (0.5–2 μM) for 15 min followed by TNF-α stimulation for 60 min and 15 min (lower panel), respectively. The expression of MKP-5/MKP-1 was analyzed by Western blotting.
